It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their goals with a trained professional. As a certified Life Coach I work with women who are going through life transitions, or who are feeling the urge to re-discover who they are.  I pride myself on creating a supportive environment that enables you to dig deep and be able to articulate and achieve your goals, dreams and visions.

I have a particular interest in helping women who are on the up side of mental health issues and find themselves having to redefine their lifestyle and figure out what works best to sustain their wellbeing. This is truly where my journey began and where my heart is.
